Registration Reset Charge - As of Jan 1, 2015 MTU will no longer clear Registration Codes unless you are current on your 12 month Upgrades (which also include support). You can either Purchase the Upgrade for your product or purchase this service for us to clear your Registration code, due to a failed computer.

Technical Support for help with your Computer - Order this if you need technical help with your computer, not just our software. This is for customers who can not get their system fixed locally, and need of help. We will contact you to setup an appointment. (cost includes a 45 minute block of time)

Remote moving of your Songs from an old Computer to a new system - Order this if you need MTU to help you move your songs from an old system to a new one. What you will need for this to work is Internet Access on BOTH Computers, an External Hard drive that can be moved between the 2 systems, and Hoster installed and running on Both Systems. This takes some time, so we will contact you to setup an appointment. This is for moving up to 20k Songs more than this, there will be a charge of $50 extra per 10k songs. MTU System Setup-Tweaks - Order this and MTU will setup a time with you to get in your new computer to set it up as if it was one we shipped out. The Computer must be online, and will take a few hours for this to be done. Once it is done, it will have all of the items loaded and tweaked as any MTU System we would sell, other than the hardware itself.
